As the highest-capacity model in this group, the NuAire Blizzard HC VIP NU-99828J is an upright ultra-low temperature freezer offering 29.2 cubic feet (828 liters) of storage volume. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to -86°C. The unit incorporates a balanced cascade refrigeration system and is managed by a microprocessor-based control system with data logging capability, accessible via a USB port. Communication interfaces include RS-485 and RS-232. It features a comprehensive alarm system with self-diagnostics, displays for ambient temperature and line voltage, and protections for auto voltage compensation, compressor delay, and low/high voltage. Operational noise is rated below 50 dBA. The cabinet uses vacuum-insulated, non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation.
