Biotage® Extrahera™ Automated Extraction Systems

Description

The Biotage Extrahera is an automated workstation for column-based sample preparation, available in configurations for benchtop or fume hood installation. It is applied primarily in food safety and environmental testing for analyses involving PFAS, pesticides, mycotoxins, PCBs, and PAHs. The system uses positive pressure to process samples, handling volumes from 2 µL to 50 mL. It is compatible with various column formats, including 1, 3, 6, 10, and 15 mL sizes, and can also work with 24-, 48-, and 96-well plates. Pipetting functions cover a range from 5 µL to 5000 µL. The automation is designed to help standardize extraction procedures and can be operated in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.
