Description

Designed for cell culture media monitoring, the BioProfile FLEX2 Basic Cell Culture Analyzer is a chemical analyzer used in bioprocess development, cell therapy, and gene therapy workflows. It measures critical metabolites and ions, with available test menu configurations. Options include the FLEX2 Basic A for a full 11-test menu with automatic dilutions, the FLEX2 Basic B for a standard-range 11-test menu, and the FLEX2 Basic C for an 8-test menu. Measurable parameters encompass pH, dissolved gases (PCO2 and PO2), glucose, lactate, sodium, potassium, calcium, glutamine, glutamate, and ammonium. The instrument accepts samples from syringes, tubes, a 20-position tray, or a 96-well plate, with a required sample volume between 135 and 265 µL. It incorporates features for use in regulated environments, supporting compliance with standards such as 21 CFR Part 11.
