BioProfile FAST CDV

Description

The BioProfile FAST CDV is an automated instrument for cell culture analysis, designed to measure cell density and viability. It utilizes an optical method based on trypan blue exclusion. A significant operational advantage is its automated sample preparation, which employs dual precision syringe pumps to perform necessary dilutions, thereby reducing manual handling and potential for error. The analyzer accepts a 100 µL sample, which can be loaded via a 32-position sample tray or directly from a 96-well plate. It provides measurement results in approximately 70 seconds and is capable of automated counts for cell densities up to 140 million viable cells per milliliter.
