The BIOne Single-Use Fermentor (SUF) is a pre-sterilized, disposable system configured for microbial fermentation processes at the benchtop scale. As a single-use stirred-tank reactor, it is not designed for autoclaving or reuse. The system is available for working volumes of 2 liters and 10 liters, providing options for small-scale process development and optimization with microbial cultures. Its disposable nature aims to streamline workflow by removing cleaning, sterilization, and associated validation steps between experimental runs.
