Description
The Biomark X System is an instrument for nucleic acid analysis based on real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) and digital PCR (dPCR) principles. It utilizes a microfluidic approach to partition samples into thousands of nanoliter-scale reaction chambers, which facilitates highly sensitive and precise detection and quantification. The system supports a variety of genetic analysis applications. These include gene expression profiling, genotyping, copy number variation analysis, pathogen detection, and sample identification. It is compatible with numerous pre-configured assay panels for qPCR. Designed for benchtop placement, the instrument has dimensions of 26 cm in width, 54.2 cm in depth, and 53.5 cm in height (equivalent to 10.2 x 25.2 x 21.1 inches).
