BioFlo® 320 Bioprocess Control Station

Manufacturer: Eppendorf North America

SKU: BioFlo 320

Description

Eppendorf's BioFlo 320 Bioprocess Control Station is a compact, modular benchtop system for microbial and cell culture bioprocessing. It supports a wide operational range, with a capacity from 250 mL to 40 L and a working volume from 0.6 to 10.5 L. The system can utilize either autoclavable glass vessels or pre-sterilized single-use assemblies. It is designed for diverse applications, including fermentation and the cultivation of mammalian, insect, and stem cell lines, supporting batch, fed-batch, and continuous processes. Control features include up to eight regulated process gas lines, integrated peristaltic pumps for feeding, and optional thermal mass flow controllers. The unit offers Ethernet connectivity for remote monitoring, multi-station control, and integration with SCADA software. Built-in sterilization capability and validation packages for regulated processes make it suitable for research, development, and pilot-scale production environments.
