BeVision M1 Automated Static Image Analyzer
Manufacturer: Bettersize Instruments Ltd.
SKU: BeVision M1
Description
The BeVision M1 is an automated static image analysis system configured for particulate samples on filter membranes, commonly used for cleanliness analysis. It integrates a digital camera with a microscope featuring Köhler illumination from a halogen lamp and a motorized stage. The system automatically scans entire filter surfaces, stitching images together to create a complete sample overview. It measures particles from 1 to 10,000 micrometers, with available objective magnifications of 4x, 5x, 10x, and 20x. The software calculates over twenty morphological parameters for each detected particle, supporting standardized reporting per ISO 9276-6. This setup is intended for applications in abrasives, ceramics, metal powders, and surface cleanliness assessment, aiming for precise and repeatable measurements.
