Bettersizer 2600 - Particle Size Analyzer (Laser Diffraction + Dynamic Imaging)

Manufacturer: Bettersize Instruments Ltd.

SKU: Bettersizer 2600

4.0 (1)

Description

The Bettersizer 2600 is an analytical instrument that performs particle size analysis by combining laser diffraction and dynamic image analysis techniques. Its laser diffraction system uses an optical bench with 92 detectors to measure scattered light, covering a size range from 0.02 to 2,600 micrometers for wet dispersion and 0.1 to 2,600 micrometers for dry dispersion. A separate imaging module captures particle images in real-time, providing size and shape data for particles between 2.0 and 3,500 micrometers. The modular design allows for easy switching between wet and dry sample dispersion units. The accompanying software controls measurement procedures, supports SOP implementation, and includes a function for determining sample refractive index. A typical measurement is completed in less than ten seconds.
