BeScan Lab Stability Analyzer
Manufacturer: Bettersize Instruments Ltd.
SKU: BeScan Lab
Description
The BeScan Lab Stability Analyzer from Bettersize Instruments Ltd. is an instrument for assessing the physical stability of concentrated dispersions, including emulsions, suspensions, and foams. It employs Static Multiple Light Scattering (SMLS) technology to perform non-invasive analysis without requiring sample dilution or applying shear forces. The system uses an optical setup with a light source and detectors to scan the sample, detecting changes related to particle migration, size variation, and processes like creaming or sedimentation. It can operate at elevated temperatures, with a control capability up to 80°C, to accelerate stability testing. The analyzer conforms to several ISO standards, including 18811:2018 and 13097:2013. It finds application in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, agrochemicals, and paints and coatings.
