BELSORP MAX X High-precision Gas And Vapor Adsorption Analyzer
Manufacturer: Verder Scientific
SKU: BELSORP MAX X
Description
Designed for high-precision material characterization, the BELSORP MAX X is a versatile analyzer for gas and vapor adsorption studies. It can measure up to four samples concurrently under a broad range of pressures and temperatures. The instrument's analytical scope encompasses specific surface area determination, pore size distribution analysis, and both physisorption and chemisorption measurements. Key technical attributes include multiple high-accuracy pressure transducers covering different ranges, hard-sealing pneumatic valves, and metal gaskets to ensure system integrity and achieve high vacuum. Temperature control is managed via a heated manifold block and an air bath. Electropolished gas lines are employed to minimize condensation and corrosion risks. Operation is conducted through the BELCONTROL software, which handles measurement procedures, includes cyclical stability analysis, and can automate report generation. For in-depth data evaluation, the dedicated BELMASTER analysis software is included. The BELSORP MAX X complies with ISO standards 9277, 15901-2, and 18852. It is suitable for analyzing various material forms, including fine powders, pellets, and molded bodies, across numerous industrial and research applications.
