Description

The Barnstead MicroPure system is a benchtop unit designed to produce ultrapure water. It functions as a polishing system, typically accepting pre-treated feed water such as reverse osmosis or deionized water and further purifying it to achieve high resistivity and low total organic carbon levels. The maximum output flow rate is 1.5 liters per minute. Its compact dimensions are 305 mm wide, with a depth that varies between 300 mm and 390 mm depending on the specific configuration, and a uniform height of 545 mm. This space-efficient design facilitates installation adjacent to sensitive analytical instrumentation, including liquid chromatographs and mass spectrometers, ensuring immediate, on-demand access to ultrapure water for critical analytical techniques.
