Description

The Avanti J-HC High Capacity Centrifuge from Beckman Coulter Life Sciences is a refrigerated floor model designed for large-volume batch processing. It operates within a temperature range of 10°C to 40°C and can achieve speeds up to 10,000 rpm. With a maximum processing volume of 9 liters per run at 5,000 rpm (7,480 x g), the system is capable of handling substantial throughput, such as processing up to 36 liters per hour for bacterial harvest applications. The centrifuge incorporates the HarvestLine System, which utilizes disposable liners to enhance operator safety by minimizing contamination risks and simplifying sample recovery. Its SR Drive technology is noted for providing rapid acceleration and deceleration, contributing to shorter cycle times.
