This model is a refrigerated version of the Avanti J-15 benchtop centrifuge, offering temperature control for sensitive applications. It maintains the core performance specifications of its non-refrigerated counterpart, reaching a top speed of 10,200 RPM and a maximum RCF of 11,420 x g. The inclusion of refrigeration is critical for protocols where sample integrity is temperature-dependent. It incorporates the same Ultra Harmonic Technology for smooth acceleration and deceleration to protect samples, and the multi-dimensional imbalance tolerance (MIT) system for operational reliability. The user interface features a color LCD screen and software designed for quick access to frequently used programs, storing up to 99 in total.
