AUY Series Analytical Balances

Description

Shimadzu's AUY Series analytical balances are robust, single-range instruments constructed with an all-metal housing for durability. They incorporate the UniBloc sensor technology, a monolithic aluminum alloy component manufactured via precision electric discharge wire processing, which is designed to deliver stable temperature performance, quick response, and reliable corner-load characteristics. The series is offered in two models with capacities of 120g and 220g, both providing a 0.1mg minimum display. Calibration for these balances is performed manually. Standard functionality includes a piece-counting mode, an auto-printing capability, and pre-installed software for specific gravity determination. For computer connectivity, the WindowsDirect function enables the balance to communicate directly with a PC running supported Windows operating systems, allowing data to be sent to common applications like spreadsheets without requiring intermediary software.
