Description
The AUTOPOL V Automatic Polarimeter is engineered to meet the stringent requirements of modern analytical laboratories, including those in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and academic settings. It measures optical rotation (+/-89°), specific rotation (+/-999.99°), and concentration (0 to 99.9%) with high accuracy: 0.002° up to 1°, 0.2% up to 5°, and 0.01° above 5°. The instrument features six standard wavelengths: 365 nm, 405 nm, 436 nm, 546 nm, 589 nm, and 633 nm. A notable capability is its integrated temperature control system, TempTrol™, which provides electronic cooling and heating for samples from 15°C to 30°C.
