Aura+ System Particle Analyzers

Description

The Aura+ System is a particle characterization instrument configured for high-throughput analysis across various biotherapeutic workflows. It supports applications involving protein and antibody therapeutics, cell therapies, and gene therapies. The system employs backgrounded membrane imaging (BMI) and fluorescence membrane microscopy (FMM) technologies, enabling particle analysis from late discovery through development and manufacturing stages. It operates with a low sample volume requirement of 5 µL and is designed for use with 96-well membrane plates to increase throughput. A full plate of labeled samples can be processed to data in approximately 90 minutes. The instrument measures particles within an equivalent circular diameter (ECD) range of greater than 1 µm to less than 5 mm. Measurement times are about one minute per sample for BMI and 30 seconds per sample for FMM across three fluorescence channels. This platform aims to provide particle insights earlier in the development process to inform decision-making.
