Description

Shimadzu's AT-R Series comprises analytical balances offering a range of weighing capacities from 62 grams to 320 grams, with a minimum display of 0.1 mg. These balances are designed for general laboratory weighing applications where cost-effectiveness is a consideration. Users can select between different measurement modes, prioritizing either fast response or high stability, with a 5-stage indicator facilitating the switch. The balances include standard data communication ports, specifically USB and RS232C, for connecting to a computer and directly transferring measurement results. To address a common source of weighing error, the balances can be used with an optional ionizer accessory. This ionizer works to dissipate static charge from samples and containers, promoting more stable and reproducible measurements, particularly with lightweight or non-conductive materials. The balance unit itself has dimensions of 213 mm in width, 356 mm in depth, and 338 mm in height.
