ASPEC® 4060 Single Syringe Pump

Description

The ASPEC 4060 is a single syringe pump module designed for integration with ASPEC automated systems from Gilson. Its primary function is to provide reliable, repetitive liquid transfers for solid-phase extraction (SPE) applications, utilizing positive pressure elution with cartridges. The pump is engineered to handle both small and large volumes with speed and precision. It features a user-selectable syringe capacity and incorporates a six-way valve to direct liquid flow from either a reservoir or a system probe. The pump supports a connection to an external gas source, which can be used for drying SPE cartridges. An independent pressure-sensing module is included to monitor system pressure; this data can be used to identify and manage error conditions such as blockages. The ASPEC 4060 Single Syringe Pump, as the name indicates, is equipped with one syringe. It is a component supplied with various ASPEC system configurations, including the ASPEC 271 System, ASPEC 271 Large Volume System, ASPEC 274 System, and ASPEC 274 Large Volume System.
