ASPEC® 271 LV System

Manufacturer: Gilson Inc

SKU: GSYS0017

Description

The ASPEC 271 LV System from Gilson Inc. is an automated liquid handling platform designed for solid-phase extraction (SPE) and related sample preparation workflows. It employs positive pressure technology with a specialized sealing cap to promote reproducible processing across samples. The system is built around a syringe pump for accurate fluid dispensing. It features mobile rack technology that allows for multiple elutions or extractions per sample and supports additional preparation steps. The system can handle a broad volume range, with an optional dual syringe pump enabling work with volumes as low as 10 µL. A sample selection valve connected to the probe allows management of large sample volumes without occupying excessive deck space. The system includes error-handling features like pressure monitoring on individual fluid paths. It is controlled by TRILUTION software, which supports method development and allows batch or sequential sample processing. The deck accommodates various SPE cartridge sizes (1, 3, and 6 mL) and a range of collection vessels. Optional accessories include separate waste drains, rinse stations, and a direct injection module for coupling with HPLC or LC/MS systems.
