ASC-7000 Atomic Absorption Autosampler

Description

The Shimadzu ASC-7000 is an autosampler designed for atomic absorption spectroscopy systems. It is compatible with both flame and graphite furnace analysis techniques. In its standard configuration, the unit is intended for flame analysis. When equipped with the optional ASK-6100 accessory sampler kit, it can also perform automated sampling for graphite furnace applications. A single sample tray accommodates both operational modes. The system supports the automatic mixing of samples with diluents, reagents, and matrix modifiers. This functionality allows users to establish a broad calibration range from a single stock standard solution. Vials for samples, diluents, reagents, and modifiers can be arranged on the tray according to the user's specific protocol. For trace-level analysis in furnace mode, the autosampler can execute up to 20 consecutive sample concentration cycles. It offers random access sampling, along with features for automatic dilution and reanalysis. The instrument can generate multi-point calibration curves using a single standard solution. For graphite furnace work, it is compatible with commercially available disposable pipette tips. The sample tray has a capacity for up to 60 vials.
