Description

This dual-staining enables the discrimination of cell populations: viable cells are negative for both stains (Annexin V-/PI-), early apoptotic cells are Annexin V positive and PI negative (Annexin V+/PI-), and late apoptotic or necrotic cells are positive for both (Annexin V+/PI+).
