Description

The Airstream® Vertical Laminar Flow Clean Bench (LVG/LVS series) by Esco Technologies is a vertical flow workstation designed for product protection applications. It employs a ULPA filter, which is more efficient than a standard HEPA filter, to deliver an ISO Class 3 air classification within the work zone. Air enters the chamber at a consistent velocity of 90 feet per minute. A notable design aspect is the top-mounted blower plenum, which maximizes under-bench legroom for operator comfort. The unit features an automatic airflow compensation system to maintain performance as the filter loads. Constructed with a coated steel plenum and an antimicrobial surface treatment, it is built for durability and cleanliness. Noise levels are reduced, with larger models operating around 55 dBA. The controller is centrally positioned and angled for easy access. Standard lighting is provided by LEDs exceeding 84 foot-candles (900 lux). It is available in five widths, from 40.8 to 99.2 inches, with corresponding interior work surface widths.
