Description

The Airfiltronix SL-30 is a compact, ductless fume hood that combines a filtered-air containment workstation with an integrated work surface in a single, portable unit. It is a self-contained system, requiring no external ducting. A large, angled clear polycarbonate door provides full visibility of the interior and easy hinged access to equipment or samples. The work surface consists of a half-inch thick polyethylene floor, which is chemically resistant and simple to clean. A notable design feature is the filter housing, which can accommodate a stack of filters up to 7 inches in height. This allows the use of multiple filtration media simultaneously, enabling the hood to be adapted for different pollutants or specific laboratory procedures. The unit's exterior measures 30 inches wide, 23.5 inches deep, and 35 inches high, enclosing an interior space of 28.5 inches wide, 22 inches deep, and 16 inches high.
