AireGard™ ES NU-240 Horizontal Laminar Airflow Workstation

Description

Designed for procedures requiring a clean, forward-flowing air curtain, the NuAire AireGard ES NU-240 is a horizontal laminar flow workstation. It is constructed to provide a consistent stream of HEPA-filtered air parallel to the work surface, which acts to isolate samples from ambient particulate contamination. The cabinet is offered in several standard widths, such as 3, 4, 5, and 6 feet, allowing selection based on available space and workload. It is applicable for non-hazardous, aseptic tasks like media preparation, device assembly, and other sensitive processes in cell culture and pharmaceutical labs. Fluorescent lights are installed as standard, with an optional LED upgrade. This horizontal flow design is intended exclusively for product protection and should not be utilized when operator exposure to the sample is a concern.
