Description
The AireGard ES NU-140 from NuAire is a vertical laminar flow hood that creates a controlled, contamination-free workspace. It is available in multiple widths to suit different laboratory layouts and throughput needs, with standard sizes including 3-foot, 4-foot, 5-foot, and 6-foot models. A HEPA filter ensures the delivery of Class 100 air quality, meeting relevant ISO standards for applications demanding a pristine environment. This vertical flow cabinet is commonly used in cell culture, pharmaceutical preparation, and electronics assembly to shield materials from particulate contamination. The unit comes with standard fluorescent lighting, and an LED lighting option is offered for improved energy efficiency and light quality. As a product-protection enclosure, it does not safeguard the user and is therefore not suitable for work with biohazards or toxic substances.
