Description

Shimadzu's AGX-V2 Series represents an advanced generation of universal testing frames, available in both tabletop and floor-standing configurations. These electromechanical testers are engineered for high-force applications, with capacities ranging from 10 kN up to 600 kN. A key technical feature is the high-speed data acquisition system, capable of sampling at 10 kHz, paired with a 1 kHz control frequency for precise management of stress and strain. The load cells offer a wide measurement range and an accuracy of ±0.3%. The frame design incorporates a multi-joint mechanism to simplify switching between tensile and compression modes without component exchange. Operational flexibility is enhanced by optional column extensions and wider frames, with effective test widths up to 1375 mm. The system is operated via intuitive Trapezium software, which supports method creation according to major international standards and includes a voice-activated digital assistant for hands-free operation.
