Description
The Agilent BioTek Synergy HTX is a compact, monochromator-based multimode reader suitable for microplates from 6 to 384 wells and for microvolume plates. It operates across a wavelength range of 200 to 900 nm. The instrument utilizes a dual optics configuration intended to deliver performance for standard detection methods such as UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence, and AlphaScreen/AlphaLISA assays. Integrated features like incubation, shaking, and an optional dual reagent injector module support more complex assay protocols. For a 96-well plate, a full-plate absorbance measurement takes approximately 31 seconds, extending to about 80 seconds for a 384-well plate. The system is controlled by Agilent BioTek Gen6 software, which handles data acquisition, analysis, export, and report generation.
