Description
The Agilent BioTek BioSpa Live Cell Analysis System is an integrated platform for automated, long-term live cell imaging and analysis. It is compatible with several Agilent BioTek imagers and readers, including the Cytation series, and can hold up to eight microplates or similar labware. The system provides precise environmental control, with temperature regulation up to 45 °C and uniformity within ±0.5 °C at 37 °C. It supports multiple imaging modes for applications such as cell migration, wound healing, and 3D spheroid formation. Built-in scheduling and environmental monitoring allow for walk-away automation of kinetic experiments.
