Description

This absorbance microplate reader is designed for assays in formats ranging from 6 to 384 wells. It operates across a wavelength range of 340 to 750 nm and can read a full 96-well plate in approximately 11 seconds. Common applications include ELISA, protein quantification, enzyme kinetics, and cell-based assays. The instrument features a color touchscreen interface for direct protocol setup and operation. For expanded data analysis and instrument control, Agilent's Gen5 software is available. The reader is frequently combined with the Agilent BioTek 50 TS washer to create a compact, automated system for sample processing and detection workflows.
