Description
This microplate washer is recognized for providing reliable performance in a cost-effective package. It accommodates 96- and 384-well plate formats, including low profile, standard height, and filter-bottom plates with pore sizes from 0.45 µm to 1.2 µm. The system offers precise fluid handling with a volume range of 25 to 3000 µL per well, adjustable in 1 µL increments. Different manifold configurations are available for specific tasks: a 96-tube straight manifold for 96-well washing, a 96-tube Dual-Action manifold with angled tubes for 96- and 384-well formats, and a 192-tube Dual-Action manifold for faster 384-well processing. Flow rates can be optimized, from high to low, to suit delicate cell assays or more vigorous ELISA protocols. Users can create and run wash, dispense, and aspirate protocols via the onboard software interface. For automated workflows, the washer can be controlled by Agilent BioTek LHC software and integrated with an optional BioStack microplate stacker.
