Description

The Aeris Cement Edition is a compact X-ray diffractometer (XRD) system configured for the cement industry. This instrument from Malvern Panalytical is engineered for quantitative phase analysis throughout the cement manufacturing process, from raw meal and clinker to finished and blended cement products. It utilizes a copper (Cu) X-ray tube and is equipped with both PIXcel 1D and PIXcel3D detector options. The system is built around a DOPS2 goniometer with high-precision Heidenhain encoders. Designed for integration into automated process control environments, it supports external sample loading via conveyor belts or robotic systems and includes an optional six-position sample changer.
