Description

The Acura electro 956 series comprises electronic multichannel pipettes designed for high-throughput liquid handling. These instruments are powered by a rechargeable battery and feature microprocessor-controlled motors for consistent performance. Available in eight- or twelve-channel configurations, four distinct models cover a collective volume range from 0.5 µL to 350 µL. Specific volume ranges are segmented into 0.5-10 µL, 2.5-50 µL, 10-200 µL, and 20-350 µL. The pipettes are compatible with Qualitix brand tips in 10 µL, 200 µL, or 350 µL styles. A key operational feature is sequential tip ejection. The design emphasizes user comfort through a lightweight build and ergonomic shaping. The standard initial package typically includes the electronic pipette, a charging stand, a fast charger with AC adapter, an extra battery pack, Qualitix tip samples, an individual quality control certificate, and operating instructions. The pipette can also function as a base for interchangeable single-channel volumetric modules, which are sold separately as accessories.
