The Acura capillar 846 series comprises positive displacement micropipettes specifically engineered for handling challenging liquids. Their design utilizes interchangeable glass capillary tubes paired with an ETFE-tipped plunger, making them suitable for viscous fluids, foaming solutions, and volatile solvents. Five distinct models are available, each covering a specific adjustable volume range: 1-5 µL, 5-25 µL, 10-50 µL, 60-100 µL, and 100-200 µL. User comfort is addressed through a soft-shaped handle and smooth plunger activation mechanism. The instruments feature reliable, step-wise volume adjustment and a color-coding system that matches the pipette body, plunger, and corresponding capillaries for easy identification. These single-channel pipettes are backed by a three-year warranty.
