Description
The ACQUITY UPC2 (UltraPerformance Convergence Chromatography) System merges UPLC with supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), using green and non-toxic compressed liquid CO2 as a primary mobile phase. It delivers precise control to separate, detect, and quantify structural analogs, isomers, and enantiomeric and diastereomeric mixtures. The low system volume fully realizes the speed and greater efficiencies with columns packed with 1.7 µm particles, supporting specialized Trefoil columns for chiral and Torus columns for achiral separations.
