Description

The AccuSizer Autodilution System is a configuration of the AccuSizer particle analyzer that incorporates a patented automated dilution mechanism. This system is designed for general particle size analysis where samples may be too concentrated for direct measurement. It performs exponential autodilution, dynamically mixing a sample with a filtered diluent in a chamber to achieve an optimal concentration for the SPOS sensor. This process maintains accurate knowledge of the final concentration for reporting results in particles per mL. By automating dilution, the system streamlines workflow and improves measurement accuracy for a wide range of suspensions in materials testing and pharmaceutical laboratories. The unit shares the standard AccuSizer footprint of 12 x 18 x 7 inches.
