Description

Organomation's MULTIVAP is a high-capacity nitrogen evaporator designed for processing batches of up to 64 samples simultaneously. This system utilizes a heated water bath to provide gentle, uniform heating to all samples, with a temperature operating range from 30°C to 110°C controlled by a digital interface. Samples are held in a machined tube rack that is custom-configured for the user's specified tube outside diameter, typically accommodating tubes from 11 mm to 30 mm. A needle guide is included to center the gas manifold over smaller tubes. Nitrogen is distributed via a manifold with stainless-steel needles, and the overall gas flow is regulated by a flow meter and pressure regulator. To conserve nitrogen, the manifold is segmented into rows, each with a toggle switch to independently shut off gas flow to a block of eight samples when not needed. This model is intended for laboratories requiring the evaporation of large sample sets. Alternative configurations, including unheated and chemically resistant models, are available for specific analytical requirements.
