4titude Individual Access 96 Well Skirted PCR Plate

Description

Designed for standard PCR and qPCR, this 4titude 96-well plate features a modular format where individual 0.1 ml polypropylene tubes are inserted into a white polycarbonate frame. The low-profile, fully skirted design ensures stability and minimizes warping during thermal cycling. A key advantage is the ability to click each tube into the frame securely and later remove specific tubes independently, which helps preserve the integrity of remaining samples during storage and retrieval. The plate has a cut corner at position H1 and conforms to SBS standards for use with robotic handlers. It offers a working volume of less than 100 µl and a total well capacity of 200 µl. The consumable is certified free from DNase, RNase, human genomic DNA, and endotoxins. Its design reduces transfer steps, as the same tube can be used for amplification and storage. Each tube can be individually heat-sealed using a compatible pierceable film. Empty frames are available for transferring tubes between processes, and these frames can be reused. The plate may be ordered with barcoding upon request, and customization options such as well color coding are available through the manufacturer.
