4titude Individual Access 96 Well Skirted Optical Bottom PCR Plate

Description

This 96-well PCR plate from 4titude combines optical clarity for microscopy with compatibility for thermal cycling applications. It utilizes the Individual Access modular system, where clear polypropylene tubes (0.1 ml) are separately mounted into a black rigid polycarbonate frame. Each tube can be securely clicked in and later removed without affecting others in the plate. The flat optical bottom of each well is designed for imaging applications, making this plate suitable for integrated workflows such as single-cell sorting followed by qPCR or sequencing. The low-profile, fully skirted design provides mechanical stability and prevents warping during PCR. It has an SBS footprint for automation compatibility and a cut corner at H1 for orientation. The working volume is under 100 µl, with a total well capacity of 180 µl. The plate is manufactured to be free of DNase, RNase, human genomic DNA, and endotoxins. Its stackable design facilitates efficient use of freezer space for small-volume sample storage. Tubes can be individually heat-sealed with a pierceable film to prevent cross-contamination and evaporation, even after sealing. Empty frames are sold separately for tube transfer and reuse. The product is available in cases of 50 plates or 10 frames.
