48 position MULTIVAP® Dry Bath

Description

Organomation's 48-position MULTIVAP is a dry-block nitrogen evaporator that heats samples in an aluminum block with a temperature range of 30 to 120°C. It can process up to 48 tubes with outer diameters from 10 to 22 mm using custom-machined heat block inserts. A distribution manifold delivers nitrogen to the samples, with toggle switches to control gas flow in rows of eight to conserve nitrogen when not all positions are in use. The unit includes a needle guide for alignment and is designed for concentrating samples with high-boiling-point solvents. This model emphasizes batch processing efficiency and temperature control for laboratories requiring high-throughput evaporation.
