34 position N-EVAP® Nitrogen Evaporator

Description

Organomation's 34 position N-EVAP is a benchtop nitrogen blowdown evaporator used for concentrating samples in test tubes or vials. The system can process up to 34 samples simultaneously within a temperature-controlled water bath, with a working range from 30 to 90 °C. It operates by directing a stream of nitrogen gas onto the surface of the liquid in each tube, facilitating gentle solvent evaporation. The unit provides individual control over the gas flow at each sample position via adjustable needle valves. The accompanying control box houses a digital temperature controller, a timer, and a pressure regulator. The timer can be set to automatically reduce gas flow or shut off heating at the end of a cycle, which can help protect sensitive samples. The sample holder uses an adjustable spring design to accommodate tubes of various diameters. Models are available in standard heated configurations, as well as unheated, acid-resistant, or Teflon-free versions for specialized applications such as PFAS analysis.
