30 position MULTIVAP® Dry Bath

Description

Organomation's 30-position MULTIVAP® is a benchtop nitrogen evaporator that combines a heated aluminum dry block with a gas blowdown manifold for concentrating samples in tubes or vials. The unit can process up to 30 samples simultaneously and accepts tubes with outside diameters up to 30 mm. It operates across a temperature range of 30°C to 120°C, making it suitable for evaporating solvents with higher boiling points. The system is supplied with one set of custom-machined heat block inserts tailored to the user's specific tube dimensions, promoting efficient heat transfer and eliminating the need for sample transfer to special vials. The nitrogen distribution manifold features individual stainless steel needles for each sample position, ensuring consistent gas flow. A set of toggle switches allows users to shut off gas flow to individual rows of six samples, conserving nitrogen when running partial batches. Optional accessories include additional heat block inserts for different tube sizes and a needle guide for centering the manifold over smaller tubes (15 mm OD or less). Unheated and acid-resistant configurations are also available for specialized applications such as PFAS analysis.
