Description

The Organomation 12 Position N-EVAP is a benchtop nitrogen blowdown evaporator designed for concentrating samples in test tubes or vials. It accommodates up to twelve samples simultaneously, offering a choice between a heated water bath (30-90°C) or a dry bath (40-130°C) to facilitate evaporation. A key feature is its circular, rotating design, which allows each sample position to be accessed from the front of the instrument for straightforward loading and retrieval. Individual needle valves provide precise control over nitrogen gas flow at every position, enabling efficient evaporation while conserving gas. The adjustable spring mechanism in the sample holder supports a wide range of tube sizes, enhancing flexibility. For specialized needs, configurations such as unheated, acid-resistant, or Teflon-free models are available, making this unit suitable for various applications, including PFAS analysis. Its compact footprint helps conserve laboratory bench space.
