100 Position MULTIVAP® Water Bath

Description

The Organomation 100 Position MULTIVAP® is a benchtop nitrogen blowdown evaporator designed for processing high volumes of small-volume samples. It accommodates up to 100 test tubes or vials simultaneously, with tube racks that can be customized for specific outer diameters ranging from 11 mm to 22 mm. Evaporation is facilitated by combining controlled nitrogen gas flow with optional gentle heating via an integrated water bath. The bath temperature is digitally regulated and can be set between 30°C and 100°C, promoting uniform heat transfer to all samples for consistent and efficient solvent removal. Gas delivery is managed through a stainless steel distribution manifold fitted with individual needles for each sample position. An adjustable flow meter and a built-in pressure regulator provide precise control over the nitrogen stream. To conserve gas, the manifold includes toggle switches that allow users to deactivate specific rows of ten samples when not in use. This model is suitable for heated applications, while unheated, acid-resistant, and Teflon-free configurations are also available for specialized analyses such as PFAS testing.
