Microsaic Systems plc is a high technology company formed with the aim of developing and marketing innovative high end products that are cost effective and accessible to the wider scientific community. Microsaic Systems plc was established in 2001 with the aim of simplifying traditionally complex products by developing innovative technology that is ergonomic and cost effective in design. One of the first systems to come out of the company, the miniaturised MS instrument, is based on Micro-Electrical-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology that was originally developed at the highly regarded Optical and Semiconductor Devices Group at Imperial College London. Microsaic Systems is an “innovative developer” making the introduction and utilisation of miniaturised technology understandable and available to the customer.
